Religious exemption for Sikh cops

Burqas are not a religious garment. They are just traditional.

I think uniform policies should be completely secular. No cross pendants, no prayer beads, etc. There's a reason an officer should never discuss religion or politics in public, and wearing these items is no different than putting a candidate's bumper sticker on your patrol car.
