On the way to becoming a correctional officer.

After three years in security, and a brief and bland experience as a trucker, I've finally decided upon this profession as the next big challenge for myself.
I've already taken and passed the written general, the written psychological, and physical abilities.
Now all I've got left are the background check, verbal psychological, and medical exam portions.
In light of all this, I was just curious to know what to expect from the psychological interview portion.
This position is with California Department of Corrections, and the process seems to be flowing along smoothly at this point.

If youre not not crazy...then youll be fine. Chances are if you are crazy youll be fine. So you win either way!

On the bright side, anything beats driving an 18 wheeler cross country.
Nothing, but sitting all day and then find someplace to park all night.

Good luck and have fun with the CDC, I knew someone who worked there. It'll be good experience if you're interested in becoming an LEO.
