Police/Fire/Ems MUST HAVE at least red, and then can incorporate any damn color they want, green is used to designate command on a fire scene, blue/clear/amber for pov's of fire/ems squad members at the rank of captain and below, Chiefs and ASS. Chiefs can run red.

Security guards may have amber only.

and they also are required to have a campaign hat the size of at least a basketball.
