After the oral!
Hey everyone Im back, the last time I was on, I was asking about how to pass the oral, since I had a bunch of tickets on my driving record. I finally passed the oral after multiple applies over a year and 4 months, Im into backgrounds, and approching the polygpaph, anyone know what type of questions they will ask?
Im currently in backgrounds for 3 different agencies, LAPD, LA sheriff, and CHP, is there still more areas to worry about as far as getting into the academy from this point?

Every poly is difference but expect the questions that will dive into anything about having sex with animals or kids. They will find out if your lying or telling the truth. Remember the truth is always better than a lie.

MN doesn't use polygraphs for LEO employment.
Departments can give you a polygraph test, but they can't use the results in determining whether they will hire you or not. So no one uses them.
But I've heard they ask some effed up questions, like having sex with children, animals, sexual thoughts about children, family members, drug usage, etc...No one has greater love than this, to lay down ones life for ones friends - John 15:13

When I went through that process, I signed a little paper that stated that I won't discuss the contents of the tests, etc. However, I will say no matter how horrible it sounds, stick with the truth.

Poly tests are easy believe it or not. The operator will ask you some questions before the test, to clarify any thing or to gauge responses. Simply put, tell the truth and youll do fine.

I didn't get any fucked up questions on my poly (well, CVSA)...it was the psych that had me sweating...
