Oklahoma City PD and tattoos?
I heard a rumor that starting with the new class in January, they are requiring any tattoos visible outside of a short sleeved shirt, ie on the forearms, be removed via laser treatment? Can anybody confirm or deny this? Wondering if I need to start the laser treatments before I finish my application?500 fights, that's the number I figured when I was a kid. 500 street fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate tough guy. You need them for experience. To develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then, after, you realize that's what you are.

I'd call their recruiting department and ask.
San Diego PD policy changed in the last two years, no visible tatts allowed. If they can be covered by the uniform, you are okay.Molly Weasley makes Chuck Norris eat his vegetables.

False. Their FOP stood up and fought it....and won. Tats are no longer a problem.
