Hey Mountain Man. I'm with you on your first choice. Anybody whoever sat down in the Dodge Magnum 440 would say that wins handsdown. The one I had would show 150, bury it, and still have power left. I am talking days of the muscle cars. Most of them could stay with me from 0-60, but from 60+, it felt like that damn Dodge had an afterburner in it. No car ever got away from it. If you really kicked it, you better be ready to drive. See who posted this?

Many Eons Ago
I wouldn't expect any of you youngums would remember BUT when I came
on the City PD in the 60s, we had one MEAN MACHINE. Our Mobile Reserve Unit was the ONLY unit allowed to regularly patrol in the Plymouth. These cars had supercharged engines that would hesitate or die if NOT kept running higher than idle. These mums could outrun ANYTHING on the road and they hugged the road and corners and you knew we were coming blocks away due to the extremely loud mufflers, which always confused me on that. You could drive these cars on any surface and over sidewalks and curbs and alleys without ever affecting them. They always took punishment and hardly ever needed to go to the police garage for repairs. We had 65 Ford Galaxies but when they went down (POS's) then we got to borrow these when not used.
Never seen any cars to outdo these since early 70s.

Chris,
this is what I sport at work, unless I check out an unmarked ride.
My dept. name was removed from below "police" as well as the plate.
I need to remain anonymous outside the LEO area.

Feel free to post your complete ride in the LEO only area we have a spot in there for all of us to get idea on how to set the vehicles up.
Being the best is not what always counts. What counts is always trying your best.
Remember who you are, and where you came from. That way you never get a big head.
May those that lost their lives in 9-11 RIP, for the things you did not many could do. You left so many behind so that you could save so few. For now we stand strong as one, and will not look back till the fight is done. (me)

My '05 GTO but I'd take trade my manual for the automatic while on patrol. Makes the Hemi Chargers look like they are standing still!
