Teeth to tattoo
I'm probably the only person who does not understand this, but what the heck!
On one of these "You might be a Cop if. . ." it says . . ."You can identify a negative "teeth to tattoo" ratio by looking at a person." What does that mean???

I think it means that have more tattoos than teeth
