Help!!!
I have a Personnel Evaluation Profile tomorrow for the position of Jailer/Dispatcher... What in the world is that? Is it just a non-scary way of saying, HEY YOU HAVE AN INTERVIEW! DON'T BE NERVOUS! or is it like a psych. test? What do I wear? my suit? HELP!
May you rest in peace Daddy and may you never hurt again. I love you and miss you and can't wait to see you again.

I've never heard of that.
But, I would guess it's something like a one on one sit down with someone from personnel, admin at the jail, or maybe a psych test.
I'd wear dress clothes to it, something you'd wear to an interview. No one has greater love than this, to lay down ones life for ones friends - John 15:13

If I had to guess (and you haven't had any other interview), it will be the standard: what are your best/worst qualities, why do you want to work in law enforcement, etc. Have you not asked anyone at that Department what the steps of the process are?
I'd call the Department and ask what type of dress if it wasn't noted. They shouldn't have a problem with you asking.I'm not ruining your life, you are, and I'm just going to write a short story about it.

Unfortunately my stupid ass hasn't had time to call and the whatever it is, is tomorrow...
No other interview before. I've taken the written test. And they sent me a letter saying, Thank you for your interest in the sheriff's department. You have been selected to participate in the pre-employment screening program called the Personnel Evaluation Profile for the pos. of Jailer/Dispatcher.
Say's nothing about what kind of clothes to wear, etc.
GRRRR!!May you rest in peace Daddy and may you never hurt again. I love you and miss you and can't wait to see you again.

Hard to tell. The way that was worded it could even be a written test. I'd dress up, just to be safe.

Oh, it was SO silly!
It was a test... kinda. They asked questions like, "Have you ever lied"? "Have you ever hurt anyone's feeling's intentionally"? "Have you ever done cocaine"?
I drove over 2 hours for that?!?May you rest in peace Daddy and may you never hurt again. I love you and miss you and can't wait to see you again.

I was gonna say something like a "READS" test.
dont ask me what it means, but it asks the same questions that you just stated.

I managed to get an interview! It's on Sep. 25th... Hopefully a jailer/dispatcher interview isn't too different from the whole police officer interview's i've been doing lately!
May you rest in peace Daddy and may you never hurt again. I love you and miss you and can't wait to see you again.
