Does anyone know of a rating standard that cuffs have to meet? Or what that standard system is.
You all have seen em (but real professionals would never use them) thin ass metal, weak chains and points, but they are cuffs. Our Dept does not specify a specific cuff to use, but it would not surprise me to see someone who did not know the standard, and who was short of $$ buy them and find themselves in deep poo poo..
