    A simple refusal here in Iowa gets you a year long license revocation. If you consent and fail, the revocation is for 180 days.

    That's really dumbing it down. OWI is a very complex issue, at least here it is. I don't really care one way or another if you test, it's just a matter of how much paperwork I'm going to be doing.
