Looks like it still has to go the Senate and Gov. Unfortunately that should be easy to pass in those places. As soon as the media got ahold of open carry in CA I knew it was doomed.

I voted no because in CA, you cannot carry a loaded firearm (unless you have CCW or other credentials). So why would you wear a firearm and have it stolen by a criminal who has a knife or loaded firearm?
