    Given the MacDonald case, this has placed CA in a situation where they are effectively disarming their populace. I predict a SCOTUS case.

    Looks like it still has to go the Senate and Gov. Unfortunately that should be easy to pass in those places. As soon as the media got ahold of open carry in CA I knew it was doomed.

    Given this and hopefully the coming court battle and defeat, I hope the CA public get the right to conceal carry restored.

    This isn't a bad thing, actually. It will force the issue to the courts that have already held California tactics are full of shit constitutionally.

    I voted no because in CA, you cannot carry a loaded firearm (unless you have CCW or other credentials). So why would you wear a firearm and have it stolen by a criminal who has a knife or loaded firearm?
