Oaths Of Office
What agency are you referring to? My first "sworn" police job I was never "sworn" in, so to speak.
Here are some samples, however.

Office of the President of the United States
"I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
(Also see Article II, Section 1, Clause 7)
---------------
Offices of the United States Senate and House of Representatives
"I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
(See also Senate website reference and House website reference and U.S. Const., Art. VI, Cl. 3)
---------------
Supreme Court of the United States Justices

So help me God."
(See SCOTUS website reference and U.S. Const., Art. VI, Cl. 3)
---------------
Federal Judges

So help me God."

Raise your right hand, "I forgot the words, but ya better say I do"... I did, 35 years and 9 months.

Sheriff - "Hold up your right hand... ( I hold it up) Do you swear?"
Me - "Yup"
Sheriff - "You will be using _____'s car today."
Me - "Ok"
It was a little more formal the second time around (we swear every time a Sheriff is elected or re-elected).
