    I'm curious about something

Officers if a person has a roommate who's in legal trouble and has been banned from a well known store, and this person has had accusations of doing something illegal, could she be charged as accessory if her friend gets into legal trouble if they're living as roommates? Thank you

Your question isn't very clear, and a lot depends on specifics. Very generally, if a person knows that another person is breaking the law, and they do anything to help them (including ignore it)... they might be charged as an accessory.
