Always remember, your the CC companies customer, not that company. As for these guys, Chargeback, they fucking hate the chargeback!

Never heard of this company but yep, we most certainly can make arrests. Not me personally, fraud detectives,

I sent the registered letters off a few days ago, requesting a chargeback and listing CALLTD's refusal to give me transaction details of whatever merchandise and/or calls that the PIN was used to purchase, and from whom, on the two occasions that I called. Hopefully that'll do 'er!

I typed in calltd fraud on google and I came across your posting.
I am going through the same ordeal right now with calltd.com. They actually called me regarding this charge back in April and I said immediately that I did not make a charge and stop any transaction. They immediately called me a liar and I am scamming money so I just told them to do what they have to do and I will stop payment on my credit card because I know it's fraud.
Well a few months later, I get a call from a collection agency trying to get money from them and he too called me a liar eventhough my citicard already credit back the charge. I sent the collection agency a letter to get with their merchant bank to get documents and to stop harrassing me. Well I just a call today from the collection agency but I recognized the number and did not answer. They left a message to call back but I am NOT going to. I am just afraid it will effect my credit especially when I had nothing to do with this scam!!!!
Can you please tell me what you did and what happend or your end result? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!!

So far I haven't heard anything further. My CC company sent me some affidavits to sign and that's it. I'm hoping it's over.
