Anyone Ever Been On "COPS"?
As of the time of this post, we have 1,118 active members on here. I watch COPS re-runs a lot just for amusement. Just wondering if anyone on here has ever appeared on that show, America's Most Wanted, or anything else. Not me. Closest thing to famous I ever got was when I spilled a beer on John Elway at Panama Red's in Denver. He wasn't happy.

hhhhmmmm are you talking about as a cop or as one of the drunk red necks?? Just kidding, Ive never been on cops but Americas Wildest Police chases took some of our chases and aired them. In one you can here me on the radio and another you see me run in front of the dash cam as I run after the guy who jump and ran after crashing his car. Does that count???"An Unarmed man can only flee from evil, and evil is not overcome by fleeing from it." Jeff Cooper

I used to work with a Pittsburgh K9 that used to be on the old COPs episodes.
There was a show on TLC called Sh!t, I forgot the name. Something similar to cops but with Medics. They filmed in Pittsburgh and I was there for a epsiode but I never saw it. Some downtown drunk...
My first 3 months on the job I was on the news about 5 times...A monday morning lunatic, disturbed from time to time. Temporary catatonic madman on occasion..
Lightning crashes a new mother cries, her placenta falls to the floor. The angel opens her eyes, the confusion sets in before the doctor can even close the door..

My trailer park was featured on a few episodes of COPS. Me and my sister's cousin, that'd be my uncle's sister in-law through marriage, were part of a DOH-mestic DIS-pute; but ain't married no more. She done slept with uncle Earl which caused the whole ruckus to begin with. See Earl was a hootin' and a hollerin' cause I busted him in the jaw for fornicatin' with my girl. I know he done knew better cause I won her in arm wrestling fair and square. So Earl was arrested for the warrant he had for FTA on a DUI, and for stealin that there pick up truck. I done ran off before the law got there, but I seen it on COPS later on. Well anyhow, my ol' lady done run off with fscf3801 along with my 15 kids, and my 4 dogs. I sure miss my dogs.
Really though... I don't know anyone who has been on COPS, but there is a show coming on July 13 on A&E featuring a guy I know. It is supposed air following Dallas SWAT. He is teaching a SWAT / advanced police tactics class and it shows the class throughout the training and battling with their limitations and coming together as a team. I've seen a pilot and it looks pretty good. It is called Commander Castle.
