Anyone Ever on "Cops"?

I was on cops once. Of course I was the guy without a shirt, sporting a mullet and with a can of Pabst Blue Ribbon in my hand.

I was on a local news station for a similar type program. They followed me around for about a week, and got maybe 30 minutes that they used. It was so long ago, I had hair!

I watch COPS. It's interesting to see how officers in other parts of the country handle things.

COPS is bad in a way too. Officer safety rules are broken quite a bit in that show. More so in the older shows. The newer ones show much better officer safety. I've see some officers do things that left me shaking my head.

Never been on cops, but I know a crazy woman who was locked up on the show. Anyone remember the crazy white lady who kept calling the Atlanta officers racist whore mongers? She lives in East Point Ga, which of course, was my Wifes former agency.

Did you see the episode with the lady that had the rat in her bathroom?

If I remember right, the officer busted her door to get in the bathroom, then proceeded to start shooting holes in her floor with his pistol, trying to kill the rat. Funny stuff, but I wonder what his Chief said the next day?

I think if I remember right this is now allowed as a follow-up question

He was shooting a pellet gun. Chief probably said "lead the rat a little less".

It pisses me off to see an officer turn their back to a car they just pulled over. Glad Im not the only one that notices this.

There is always the episode where the cop beat all the windows out of the front of a ladies house he thought was on fire. He was wrong.
