How much extra weight are you carrying around your waist?

My Duty Belt Weights about:

10Lbs

How much do you weight with everything on?

Not Including my Vest:

160Lbs

And yes I am secure enough to give my weight over the internet....I don't mind.

Total 20 - 25 pounds.

With everything on my belt it is 17lbs.

With full uniform on I weigh 128lbs.

lol, Not too windy here in TN, but when it is blowing a lot I put wieghts in my boots lol :)

If I go swimming at work all this shit is coming off...Well, not all of it, but the vest and belt. I had to jump in a creek where a vehicle flipped over. The creek ended up being a little deep than I thought. I hit water and sank! Luckily where the car landed was on some rocks and I was able to get to them and stand on as well. Believe it or not, but the people got out ok, some broken bones, but no lives lost on that one. It was a bitch though cause it was cold out there and I ended up soaked :(

Total weight after dressed for work is 182 pounds.( man, i need to hit a gym.)

with everything one: belt, vest and boots i am a whoping 173 Lbs...damn

I weigh about 185 with out anything on. I will give you my work weight later. Never got on scale with it on!
