Front to back CLOCKWISE!
One of the newest gun holsters out there the is virtually indisructable made out of Idaho from a guy in Idaho, check out the video...Its awesome.(http://www.tdlabs.com)
asp holder, flashlight holder, hinge cuff case, glove pouch (i carry 4 pair of medium gloves on me...double layer baby...joking) chain cuff case, hiden cuff key, radio holder, silent key holder, mag pouch ( for my nine ).
And then they start....

How do most of you move wearing all that stuff.
I have on the right from front to rear CS Spray, Rigid Handcuffs.
On the left from front to rear leather gloves, Left restrains, ASP.
My radio clips onto the overt body armour and is slightly larger than a mobile phone.
Anything else like big flashlights, paperwork, search equipment etc is in the car or van.

Keepers wrap around the outer duty belt and the inner trouser belt. It keeps the two belts married to one another so they don't seperate.
It offers a much more stable platform to draw your weapons/defensive and offense from.
Much needed.

Well, I don't know if us rent-a-cops are allowed to play but I'm going to anyway. Back when I worked in the projects I wore the following counter-clockwise from center: dual mag pouch w/magazines, double-wide keeper, mini mag light, PR-24 XTS (all aluminum) w/ swivel holster, double-wide keeper, (empty space over back and kidneys), double-wide keeper, leatherman tool, double-wide keeper, border patrol style holster w/ Taurus PT-99 9mm, double-wide keeper, Mk IV Cap-Stun, cell phone, and double thick handcuff case with a pair of Peerless hinged cuffs and a pair of Hyatt hinged cuffs (rubber gloves stuffed in the bottom). All the gear was leather.
Plus bug, assorted knives, flex cuffs between belts, and level III-a body armor.
See why I needed a 56" waist?
Oh, and If I was lucky enough to get a radio, I shoved it in the space just aft of the baton and used a epaulette mike.Last edited by JohnnyRotten; 09-21-06 at 02:00 AM. Reason: forgot something, sorry

I'm kinda dissapointed in how many of you carry cell phones on your belt. Pet peeve. Bad form, IMO. If I have room for a cell phone, that means I have room for something USEFULL like another set of cuffs or a Taser. It looks like shit on your belt, and it sounds even more like shit when I hear one ring on a belt.
Investigators, fine carry a phone but I still think it should be on vibrate and not heard.Last edited by tx-leo; 09-22-06 at 08:29 AM.

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

If we carried tasers I would be more than happy to move stuff around, trust me! As for the phone, it is in a black case and I use it alot. The other guys on my shift and I use them alot, so I think it is an important piece of equipment. YMMV.
Also, it stays on vibrate. I agree, nothing worse than being on a call and someone's phone rings!

With the current group of dispatchers we have, a phone has become a must. Not saying they can't run a plate without a long-winded, step-by-step explanation, but.....
You are right about the cell phone taking up space though, some of us girth-challenged folks can't fit a lot on the belt.
