information
I need information on whether or not whether in the State of Tennessee an individual can posess a 2 way uhf communication device after they have left an agency such as Fire, Rescue, EMA. I just left our rescue dept. here and currently have a vertex uhf radio installed in my vehicles. Can anyone refer me to the proper TCA code (s) in reference to this? Thank you.

My suggestion take it out of your vehicle. Since your no longer attached to any type of agency that requires the use of it, there is not longer a need for it in your vehicle.
