Why just pay up? If you go to traffic court, the officer has to drag his sorry ass into court on a day off and get paid overtime for a stupid traffic hearing. It's your right to confront your accuser

I feel embarrassed, if I get pulled over; I know what I have done and I feel horribly stupid. I roll both of my drivers side windows down, turn the car off, and place the keys on the dash and keep my hands on the wheel. When asked for my license, I tell the officer that its in my wallet in my back pocket and ask if its ok to reach for it.
