With the current crowd in Washington, there would be committee meetings, conferences, trial balloons and numerous articles in the NY Times. administration spokesman would make the rounds to MSNBC, CNN and other news media (FOX omitted). If it was a Muslim Country (OOPs, a Mid Eastern/SE Asian country), the current President would side with them (as he said in his Writings (akin to MAO's Little red Book). It would be interesting as most of the foreign hackers were trained in US Universities.
