smart carry holster
anyone have any opinions on this? about the only time I'm not carrying is when I'm jogging...this appears to be a good solution for those times, but things sometime are not as they appear.

I wonder if it would flap up and down while jogging?

I actually wore one of these for about 6 years with a S&W bodyguard....I recall once wearing on a jog. It only took once to realize I wasn't going to enjoy that, however I did and occasionally to this day wear is reversed in a mall of the back kind of carry with sweats or shorts if jogging.

Smartcarry is my absolute 'go anywhere,' holster. I love it, and I've worn it more than I can count while jogging with a Glock 27. No noticeable bounce at all while wearing basketball shorts.
They give something like a 60 day money-back guarantee...and you most likely will NOT use it. Incidentally, it is the only website I've actually written to compliment their product, and have it appear on their customer page.
Only real restrictions are super tight clothing and (for me), dress pants without pleats. Pleated dress pants will hide your gun like no other...flat fronts (which don't work for me anyways) will show the butt off like you wouldn't believe.
My Smartcarry has outlasted 4 or 5 pairs of jeans...and I can make a pair of jeans last for at least a couple years if nothing crazy happens.--

Had one for about six month for my 442. Every time I sat down, It crushed my junk. Painful, painful holster.

maybe your junk was too big, or your clothes were too tight

In all seriousness, I found it rather good in all but the tightest clothes. But I wear about as baggy as I can without looking like a thug or lazy-ass
Boblaw, you can't go wrong with the initial purchase...they offer a 60 day guarantee, last I remember. Unless you're still dressing from the 70's "show your junk off with a roll of quarters in your pocket," you'll love the Smartcarry. That and Sidearmor are the only holsters I've gone out of my way many times to recommend.--

Eh, to each their own. A lot of folks like the Smartcarry Holster. There is a guy on YouTube, that has posted a series of videos on using the Smartcarry.
I'm gonna stick with my Hedley pocket holster.

haha...I believe that is Passive101 (or something thereabouts) from GT.
My 642 in the pocket holster is my "most convenient," carry in a lot of ways. My smartcarry is my, "nobody will notice unless they are absolutely staring at my junk," kind of carry.
If it wasn't "to each their own," Fobus wouldn't exist
