They all have a special place in the family. This is the baby gun, the Pink Glock is my competition gun, the XD is my back up competition gun, and the Revolver is my carry gun. The XD may someday transition to my carry gun but I just feel the most comfortable carrying the revolver.

I hope it's not needed but looking at the picture of the parts, I think it may be the slide catch lever spring but who the heck knows how to get it back on? Luckily I have a match tomorrow and out of the 70 or so people there, someone is bound to know how to get it back on (I hope!!)

BTW, for everyone - Brownells has exploded drawings for damn near every gun, online and free. They don't have the Mosquito though

Just from size, I can only think it is either the Safety lock spring or the Slide catch lever spring, but even with the diagram I just can't tell

I sent a picture but it's not a good picture. My camera is making it dark when I dont use the flash, and white out when I do...

After a bit of stress today where I was almost in tears because my gun was taken apart and it looked for awhile like it was not going to get put back together, and I was told to just "ignore it" because it was shooting ok without the spring, the spring was eventually identified and is back in my gun (I ended up being the one to fix it too because my hands are small!!!YAY!). So, now I know where it goes and how to get it back on if it comes off again (which looks like it can happen again any time I'm cleaning that area). It is the Slide Catch Lever Spring.

BTW, I put about 150 rounds though it -- most of it without the spring -- and only had one jam. It's a fun little gun, I really like it. Unfortunately, it appears that the pink is just a coating, it's not actually the plastic itself that is pink.
