Pinki - I have never seen an AR work well without a barrel or bolt carrier group. Those would be really high on the list.

S&W 586 that I picked up a three years ago for $250.00. It's a no dash. Manufactured in 1984 according to my S&W catalog. Sent it back to Springfield and had the modification work done. Since the recall is still in effect on all No Dash and Dash-1 L frames (announced in 1987) it didn't cost me a single penny.
It's a tack driver. I was playing around with the camera and I believe I ended up doing "Forced Perspective" which is why it looks so huge. I'm not a photographer though.

I think I'm going to get everything else in black because I'm not sure if I'll get a color match otherwise. That's an anodized pink from the manufacturer
The barrel I was saving for last because I can't make up my mind whether or not I am going to go the tax stamp/short barrel route or just get a 16 inch and forget about it. Everytime I think I've made up my mind -- a day later I change it again
