What shooting has Mr. Piazza been talking about?

Mr. Piazza, who advertises himself as an expert in lethal force, has been running his yap about how the gent who shot the McDonalds robber was "obviously not a graduate of Front Sight, or he would have blah blah blah...."
I have no use for prostitutes who shame the gallant to increase their business, and after looking into the man I have even less use.

He hasn't impressed me either. A few of us ( department firearms instructors) had a chance to go to Front Sight a few months ago. Free tuition, but it's one of those things that sort of fell through. That's okay. I'm not really in the mood to be lectured by him or one of his employees.

I think at last inventory I had 21 long guns and 14 handguns, not including issued weapon. I am an AR-15 guru (The Larue Tactical catalog is like my bible), as well as a general all aound shooter. I got my first .22lr when I was 9 or 10, and have run with it ever since.
My stuff runs the gamut from antique/rare SMLE's, cheap surplus junkers, tuned bolt guns and tricked out AR's and a few NFA registered items, a few suppressors... I'm lucky to have an understanding wife I guess.
My favorite handgun is my Kimber Warrior, with custom magwell and trigger work, custom grips, and a surefire X300. It's a sweet sweet weapon. Favorite long gun would have to be my LMT AR decked out in Larue rails, troy sights, aimpoint, and a 9v surefire with larue foregrip... also fitted for my suppressor

While I own several duty guns, including a Glock 22 and 27, an S&W M&P 40, a Kel-tec .380, and an S&W M&P15T, I do have a few plinkers.
One is my grandfather's S&W Model 19 .357 with a nickel finish. It's a sweet shooter and I put so many .38 reloads through it that .357 cases now stick in the chambers. Even after 30+ years and thousands of rounds, it's still 100% tight and reliable.
The other is the Ruger Mark III Target .22 I bought for my wife a couple of years ago. The only problem I have with it is it's impossible to keep those 10-round mags filled! LOL!
I also own a Taurus PT1911 that has a trigger better than my dad's Kimber. I used to shoot it quite a bit, but ammo has gotten scarce/expensive for it lately, so it has stayed in the safe for a while.
Now, my department is supposed to be issuing me a select-fire M14 soon, so I may put some money into a scope/mount/bipod and set it up as a DMR or M21 clone. I can always take those items off and use most of it on a future precision rifle build I have planned. The M14 is the only military rifle I've never owned or even fired, so I am really looking forward to it.
