I've used the 6360 before, I'm proficient with it but not a fan. The 6320 removes the SLS hood, I'm down with that but I was hoping there might be some user reviews out htere..

No experience with it.
I'm a huge fan of the ALS, but wonder why removing the SLS would be a benefit.I'm your huckleberry...

SLS slows down the draw significantly. A friend timed the 6360 vs 6280 with a pact timer and reported a marked difference to first shot.

My post should have said, SLS + ALS slows down the draw. SLS alone is cool, ALS alone is probably ok..

One of the biggest issues with the ALS is that Safariland doesn't send out an instructor to teach technique.
I'm afraid I don't notice a slower draw.
When your friend draws from the ALS, is he accomplishing the release of the retntion in a single motion?

Now that you say that, my interest is piqued. I'm going to repost in private area because I'm curious how you accomplished that..

Having used both, I prefer the SLS hands down.

Which one is it? Is that the one with the open top or the hood? The one with the open top I like better than the hood. I used to have a raptor and had several problems with it catching when I was trying to draw (especially when in a hurry). Maybe it was the way I was drawing. But I definately prefer the open top draw better. Though not as secure, I will admit.
