Danner Ft Lewis Boots
I spent a great deal of my time in law enforcement as a K9 officer. With that I am sure you all realize the bad guys don't stay on pavement when running from us. For a number of years I was unable to find a boot that would last the rigors of tracking, keep my feet dry and warm in winter yet cool in summer. I did finally find all that and more with the Danner Fort Lewis 10inch boot, model number 69110. These boots are 10 inches tall with 200 gram of thinsulate, full grain leather that can be shined just as good as the ones you had in military boot camp. They have the gore tex waterproof liner also.
Recently retired due to medical issues that no longer allows me to work I discovered I have TWO new in the box pairs of these boots. Galls sells them for $369.99 and Danner sells them for $330.00 a pair. I know they are expensive but you will not replace these boots, maybe a pair of soles every few years but the boots last!
These boots are size 11
I will sell each pair for $150.00
These have never been out of the box nor on anyone's foot. NEW IN THE BOX
If any officer is interested you can email me directly at lfcote@roadrunner.com
Very respectfully,
Larry

That's a pretty good deal. I have two pairs of danners. One has been resoled twice and still works great. I have a pair o bates also that I bought from baumshoe that work good also. Those are usually reserved for training and meetings.

I would be all over these but I think that these are better suited to my brothers in colder areas than South Louisiana.

They are considered the Gold standard here, and were named for the "Go Devils" of the 161st infantry at Ft. Lewis, Washington.
Seriously, for this price I want a pair if you can send photos.I'm your huckleberry...

With the help of several members I now have a photobucket account and finally figured out how to upload a picture. Finding an OUI was easier then this!

I wore those boots when I was in the Army. They lasted me 8 years with just a couple of resoles done. Best damn boots I ever owned, lots of miles of humping in them. Too bad those are not my size, I would jump on those in a heartbeat.

Just came back from the post office where I mailed one set of boots to Cambridge MA. Shipped priority mail, insured with delivery confrimation, just about $15.00 for shipping next door. The must make a ton of money at the post office. Of course it is a dangerous job, just think of how many paper cuts you can get in one day!
If anyone is serious on the last remaining pair please let me know so I can get them shipped out too.
Very respectfully,
Deputy347K9

They are yours! I will send you a PM with my address and request of yours. I would rather you sent a check so I don't have to pay paypal fees. As soon as I get your address I will ship the boots.
Very respectfully,
Larry

Thank God the pair I shipped on Thursday arrived in Cambridge MA today and the new owner is thrilled with them! Funny what a nice set of boots will do to a guy!!! Now I continue to watch for the second pair to arrive in WA State. The mail system worries me having read recent reports of employee thefts, pricks better not steel my boots!
