SC Governor signed a law concerning the carrying of handguns. Basically, CWPs are not needed unless you want one. Also, if you are legal to buy one, you can carry one except for courts, jails, etc. and business with a sign prohibiting them. Don't know if it is effective upon signing (past Tuesday) or a given date. BTW Ducky, dig out of the ice yet?
