After reading this thread I have decided I am a underachiever in this dept...need to work on that. I love to cook...no one to cook for so the thrill of trying new thing is dormant...I will need to work on this. Once I go out and buy kitchen stuff for my house..

Most of the recipes are really quite easy. The marble rye rolls takes a little more time.

    Holiday Pizza Nite!

Due to the wacky weather this year, some of the family had travel issues. We originally were going to do Ethiopian, but decided to go with pizza.

We made white and dark rye crusts.

    Organizing the toppings

A few are ready to go into the oven.

    Getting the table ready.

    The salad.

I must have been pretty hungry, there were no pics of the baked pizzas!

    Dessert!

My gf made mini banana cupcakes with peanut butter cream frosting.

These were yummy with the XO Armagnac.

She also made a variety of holiday cookies. Some were packaged to take to her co-workers.
