New Years Day
We threw together some slowcookin' foods
Collards and ham shank
Blackeyed peas with andouille and rice
Skillet corn bread (yeah, I said REAL CORN BREAD)
condiments - butter, honey, hot okra, Louisiana Hot Sauce, vinegar, chopped green onions
Served with spicy slaw
oh!
and dessert
deconstructed apple raisin caramel pie
