Pollo Asada
2 T whole corriander
2 T whole cumin
2 T dried hot peppers (about 8 small peppers, these are from our garden and contain a mix of super chilis, jalapeno, serrano, and black pearl peppers)
Juice of 2 limes
2 whole bone in chicken breasts, cut into sixths
Grind the dry ingredients together.

Juice the limes and cut the chicken.

Ready to marinate, place in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning the chicken once every hour.

On the grill.

Fresh homemade tortillas.
Presentation.
Served with black beans, rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, chopped lettuce, sour cream.To Live Is To Eat
