1 1/2 Whole bone in chicken breasts cut into nine pieces. Made a marinade with a packet of Shans keema curry. Mixed into plain yogurt and added fresh ginger, garlic, cumin and coriander. This will go on the grill tonight.
My gf is making more beans for vegetarian quesadillas at her job.
Some of these will be set aside for our grilled chicken tonight. Saffron rice, tomato chutney and raita.
