one of my customers brought dinner for me.
Mexican Carne Apache Recipe, How To Make Carne Apache, Hamburger Recipes, Mexican Recipes, Southwest Recipes, Ground Beef Recipes, Chile Peppers, Chili Peppers, Latino RecipesIt is hard to describe this recipe, as it is a little like Mexican-style steak tartare because of the raw beef, but also like ceviche because the raw beef is cooked by the acids of the lime juice.
This is really good with tortilla chips. She also gave me some well seasoned grilled pork and chicken.
