My gf is making more beans for vegetarian quesadillas at her job.

Some of these will be set aside for our grilled chicken tonight. Saffron rice, tomato chutney and raita.

one of my customers brought dinner for me.

It is hard to describe this recipe, as it is a little like Mexican-style steak tartare because of the raw beef, but also like ceviche because the raw beef is cooked by the acids of the lime juice.
