Braised veal chop and a salad.
I was made boiled rice with some vegetables and pasta. These are my favorite food items specially in dinner. Anyway all ideas are superb.
Avocados were 39 cents each so we bought 3 dozen. I sprinkled a little fruit fresh and processed them. I made a small batch of chipotle guacamole to go with chiles rellenos tonight. The rest of the avocados were frozen in small freezer bags for future yumminess!
Ricotta ravioli with spicy Italian sausage, roasted bell pepper and onion in marinara sauce topped with about 10 lbs of mozzarella/parmesan/asiago cheeses

Bacon wrapped tenderloin, beef flavored rice, and marinated mushrooms grilled to perfection. Served with beer of course.
SPAM and french fries. Oh, and a beer.
PIZZA NIGHT
Pesto pizza with the usual suspects (pepperoni, Ital. sausage, onion, green pepper, mushroom, mozz cheese) yes, crust from scratch.
Pot roast with new potatoes, carrots, celery, onions.
Sirloin steak, grilled (dusted with fresh ground black pepper, salt, and a little garlic powder), and mashed potatoes.
Salmon caught from the Nooksack river and some shrimp and butter.
