I was made boiled rice with some vegetables and pasta. These are my favorite food items specially in dinner. Anyway all ideas are superb.

Avocados were 39 cents each so we bought 3 dozen. I sprinkled a little fruit fresh and processed them. I made a small batch of chipotle guacamole to go with chiles rellenos tonight. The rest of the avocados were frozen in small freezer bags for future yumminess!
