That sounds awesome I.M.
I made garlic shrimp penne with a avocado and cucumber side salad dressed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. No left-overs. :(
Yum to both!!
I made cinnamon chicken with plantains and coconut rice.
Tofu, mushrooms, vegetables, and brown rice, takeout from a restaurant. :p
That all sounds great.
I'm going to have to try the chicken with plantains.
I had Chicken Alfredo with red peppers, yummy.
Taco soup made with venison. I have about 60 lbs of venison sausage and ground venison in the freezer. I have a feeling that I will be eating a lot of it.
I have an unhealthy obsession with taco soup...I bet it was good!!
Tonight is pulled bbq beef sandwiches (beef roast simmered in homemade bbq sauce and then shredded with a fork to make yumminess), homemade coleslaw, and baked beans. Sucks that tonight I have a class and it will be cold by the time I get home, but I think I'll just leave it simmering in the crock pot all evening. There's no such thing as simmering bbq too long.
I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with double meat and extra hot sauce. Also a can of chili and a bacon ultimate cheeseburger :)
Last night was beef Stroganoff. I have no idea yet what today's dinner will be, probably some kind of pasta.
I have to make baklava today for a customer demo next week.
Last night was Greek Spagetti..Noddles, olive oil, feta chesse, sun dried tomatos, fresh garlic, pinch of parsley...Coors light to wash it down with!:D
Green chili
Indian stewed potatoes with daal, saffron rice, pineapple chutney, raita and injera
Tomorrows lineup is slow roasted jerk pork sirloin with black beans, jasmine rice, flat bread and some other veggies
Last night was at a restaurant with some friends: oysters on the 1/2 shell, a couple of pounds of crawfish, and bbq shrimp with toasted french bread .
Tonight is going to be homemade red beans and rice w/sausage.
Tonight was mahi mahi over a bed of brown rice sprinkled with little shrimp, lemon, garlic, butter and pepper.
We ate out yesterday morning and we were so full we only had leftover spaghetti and meatballs but today I am making New Orleans Corn Bisque. Never made it before, my hubby found the recipe online so I am making it today. Tomorrow I am making stuffed shells and Tuesday I'm making overnight french toast. This french toast is to die for. It sits in the egg mixture for up to 36 hours in the fridge, then you bake it and it is like an egg custard. It is soooo good!
