Has anyone used or does anyone know of a good waterproof wallet/ID holder? Specifically something that can be used while swimming or snorkeling.

You might want to look into these. I saw a commericial on TV for them the other night. They are suppose to be waterproof.
If you go to any outdoor store they will have waterproof bags for wallets and cell phones. They are essentially very heavy duty ziplock bags made out of heavy plastic with rubber grommets. They are in all different sizes to fit whatever you need.
If anyone on earth needs a waterproof wallet/cell phone, it's me. My record so far is two wallets and 4 cell phones drowned in one year. Believe it or not, I use Jenna's idea a good bit of the time but I also have this - WEST MARINE Clear Dry Bags at West Marine
This might be what you need though - SEATTLE SPORTS Dry Doc Wallet Case at West Marine (I have no experience with these.)
When I was in the Army, I used a ziploc bag and a rubber band. Never failed. I was always some kind of soaked either in rain, swimming or washing vehicles...which always turned into a firehose fight.
Any dive shop will have something.....

Thanks for the suggestions!
Believe it or not Jenna, I do use a ziplock bag on occasion but it's not helpful while I'm in the water.
