I have not found a cuisine that I do not like. I love complex flavors of masalas and curries. I also love simple meat and potatoes!
Breads of all types.
There are many tasty animals out there too!

My favorite food is whatever I'm eating at the moment.
It's really difficult to pick one type of cuisine, food, or flavor profile that pleases me more than others, although I'm not a fan of the foams that have been seen on some plates since the whole molecular gastronomy thing has become trendy.
I love cheeses, veal, duck, lamb, and foie gras. I like flavors that make my taste receptors dance, whether it's something as complex as a masala, simple and sweet as a fresh carrot, the deep umami that comes from the Maillard reaction in a variety of foods, and everything in between.
Oh, and bacon is good.
It's hard for me to pick too but you can't beat a good New York strip steak and an baked potato. Next up would be seafood as long as it's not fried. I love shrimp, oysters, and almost any kind of saltwater fish. Then theres the stuff I grew up on - peas and cornbread, chicken and dumplings, squash, rice and gravy, etc. I would add fried chicken but I have gotten away from fried anything pretty much, other than chicken gizzards (my weakness).
There's no way to pick just one food. Now, if you asked me what I *didn't* like, that would be an easier answer. I'm almost always in the mood for Chinese food though. Or Thai.
Just gotta be A true and real Reuben!!! with homemade rye, real good kraut and DIY corned beef
My dad and I came up with this dish called Mac & Bones, after the show Bones.
It's a 6 cheese sauce (italian cheeses are best), fried pancetta, milk-boiled garlic cloves, and topped with parmesan cheese, and baked until the top is crispy. You just make a basic roux, add about a cup of milk when the roux has browned, the add a bag of 6 cheese italian (adding a little bit of bleu cheese crumbles make it tangy). Just pan-fry the pancetta until crispy. Take a bulb of garlic and simmer the garlic in the milk until they are fork tender. Cook the pasta and add the pancetta, garlic once pasta is done. Top with parmesan cheese and put in the oven on broil until browned.
It's delicious. :)
Fresh pineapple in Hawaii. That is just the best.
Too tough a question.... I have many that would be equal on the favorite list.
A good beef chili that will take the skin off the roof of your mouth!
Car 4:D
I guess for me it varies all of the time. I might like Deep fried Perch one day, Steak the next, and then my wife's Tuna Casserole. I really have simple tastes.
