2 lbs Pork Shoulder steaks (.99 cents/lb)
6 B-Size potatoes, quartered
2 medium onions, 1/2 inch strips
2 qts Homemade Sauerkraut

Sear the steaks

Deglaze the pan with some of the sauerkraut juice.

Add Onions and Potatoes, bake at 350F for 2 hours.
