I like the Shiraz over the Merlot with the cheese. Depending on what food I am serving with them I am sure I would like them both equally.

I Love Cheese!, Homepage
Cidp24a has been having to go to Wisconsin for a week the last two months. She has brought back some very good cheeses!! That website is great!
That is a nice site, here's one that I use occasionally although I very rarely order cheese online. I do so love cheese.

I was just going to say, if you really want to try some wine you should come to California. Specifically the Napa Valley. Which is where PGG is speaking of. There is also Modesto, home of Gallo. Delicato and Bronco are just up the road aways.
Here I thought this was a thread about TXCharlie offering his services for 2 bucks. :D
I'll take Washington wines any day over California.
Sauvignon Blanc with Asiago

This was a very good pairing. The sharp butteryness of the asiago with the crisp fresh taste of the Sauvignon Blanc
I never thought I would ever buy a bottle of White Zinfandel, but it was pretty good with shaved parmesan.
