I like Manjula's recipes. Her videos are great too!

We cooked these on top of the stove with a heat difuser.
Tomato Chutney
We have an assortment of these spicy condiments that we can each year. Tomato is our favorite.

The meal also has daal Dal Recipe, Indian Lentil Recipes, Daal Recipes, Dal Recipes, which we had stored in the freezer and jasmine rice.
Raita http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/fo...t-Raita-109803 We did a version with garlic and chives instead of the cucumber. This is a sauce that helps counter the heat of the chutney. To Live Is To Eat

How salty is the ghee, using salted as opposed to unsalted butter? I've only made it with unsalted.

Grilled Chicken Tandoori with daal, naan, gee, tomato chutney, raita, and jasmine rice.

Indian with all of it's complex flavors is always at the top of my list of favorite meals. The velvety naan can be used as your eating utensil. Tear off a small piece and pick up some chicken tandoori and some daal. Follow up with chutney, rice and raita. Or just dip the naan in the gee and enjoy! To Live Is To Eat
