Chicken Tomato Soup
I simmered the backs for a few hours.

After it cooled a little, I strained the broth and deboned the backs. The broth and the meat went in the fridge. After the broth chilled I pulled the fat off the top.
In a crock pot add
Broth and meat
2 qts stewed tomatoes
3 ribs celery, diced
2 medium onions, diced
4 carrots, diced
1 Tbsp cracked black pepper
4 serrano peppers finely sliced

This cooked on low in the crock pot about 8 hours.
Cook off 1 lb. of small shell pasta.

Grilled Tandoori Chicken

In a blender, combine the oil, onion, garlic, ginger, pepper, and process on high speed to a paste.

Add the paprika, salt, cumin, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, and cayenne, and process until well blended.

Add the yogurt and lemon juice, and process to a smooth sauce, scraping down the sides to combine all the ingredients.

Pour the marinade over the chicken.
