I never had one until I came here so I really can't compare it to another one. (if someone doesn't use that I'll be disappointed)Quote:

Bison is really good & almost as lean a venison or other wild meat. A local supermarket sells it, slightly higher priced than beef, and it makes great burgers.
There is a bison farm here :D I need to get some :)
I too am a fan of Bison. I don't eat it often, but I always enjoy it when I do.
We eat bison at least once a week. It's fantastic!! But yes, if it's overcooked it's not that great. Now, what I'd really like to try is alligator...I'll trade you a case of buffalo for some alligator (preferably with the skin so I can make some killer shoes.....lol).
