I never had one until I came here so I really can't compare it to another one. (if someone doesn't use that I'll be disappointed)
However, as for taste in general I wish I could get bison burgers regularly. The menu says the meat is very lean and should not be cooked to anything over medium. the sandwich is delicious.Do not war for peace. If you must war, war for justice. For without justice there is no peace. -me

Bison is really good & almost as lean a venison or other wild meat. A local supermarket sells it, slightly higher priced than beef, and it makes great burgers.

I too am a fan of Bison. I don't eat it often, but I always enjoy it when I do.

We eat bison at least once a week. It's fantastic!! But yes, if it's overcooked it's not that great. Now, what I'd really like to try is alligator...I'll trade you a case of buffalo for some alligator (preferably with the skin so I can make some killer shoes.....lol).
