Black Garlic
I just happened to get 6 heads of black garlic today at a great price. They let me sample this first. It reminded me of a soft molasses candy with a lite hint or garlic.

We will try this a few different ways. Possibly this scallop recipe.

You can make your own black garlic by taking regular garlic and sticking it in a 150 degree oven (or similar, wonder if a crock pot would work) for 40 days. Just make sure the humidity stays up, you don't want them to dry out.

Sounds like an incubator would be that way to go. But at $150-$300 or more, I will continue to get mine at the same source.
