Okay this is a recipe I modified from a buddy's recipe.
2 Lbs ground Moose meat
2 Lbs ground beef (80/20)
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup of red onions, chopped
1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
Season with garlic powder, lemon pepper, Lawry's seasoning salt, worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese, and Ace's special family recipe BBQ sauce (1/2 cup). Mix, grill, and top with your choice of veggies and cheese.
Why the ground beef?
Moose is very lean, around 98% I believe, so you need to mix some fat into it to keep it together.
