Food - Iowa State Fair

I have a system for State Fair food. 1 - Chicken on a stick. 2 - Polish sausage sandwich with onion, pepper, mustard (oddly, that is the ONLY thing I will eat mustard on) 3 - Elephant ear. I'm pretty full after that.

I like State Fair food and Boardwalk food. I usually go for hot Italian sausage and peppers or an Italian hot dog, french fries, and a funnel cake or frozen custard - never eaten all at the same time. After that I look for whatever seems interesting or different.

State Fairs : Eater National

We went to our state fair this last Saturday. We all split a 2-foot corn dog and a monster brick of curly fries. It was good.
