The wife and a friend of hers went to the coast for the 4th. I imagine I'll just cook myself a steak or something.

The garden is giving us a few options for side dishes.
Templeton Rye glazed shortribs. Will definitely do collard/mustard/chard mixed greens. Corn bread, rice
or
Apple wood smoked new york strip with crimini mushrooms. The yellow squash and zucchini will be there also. Probably sauteed with onion and hot peppers. Fresh baked hard rolls. Baked potato
