These guys have an entire line of bacon products, and most if not all of their products are vegetarian-friendly and Kosher. :thumb:

Hey, that list is from 2009! :D

The "Turbaconducken" made me laugh, someone had too much time and too much bacon on their hands. And the company in Seattle that makes the Bacon Salt is the same company that makes the Baconnaise and that I mentioned a few posts up. They have quite a few bacon products.

The best bacon I've ever had is from one of the Amish vendors in Philly's Reading Terminal Market.

This place has excellent bacon, too: Dietrich’s Meats and Country Store

I was in there recently and they had smoked pig esophagus for sale. What would one do with that?
