Dak Bulgogi
Bulgogi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Korean Chicken Bulgogi
(soy, garlic, sugar, sesame)
Bone in chicken breasts were .99/lb. This sounded good with some marinade we had.
These chicken breasts were HUGE! One of them even had a pop-up timer in it.

How to split bone in chicken breasts while saving the edge on your knife.
In between the ribs is the keel bone. Cut about 1/4 inch into this at the top as shown.

Using both hands, split the breast open instead of driving through the bone with the knife.

Keep about 1 cup of sauce aside for basting. Marinate chicken for about 1 hour in fridge. Turn every ten minutes.

Time to grill!

Basted and ready to come off the grill.

Looks good. Is the sauce pretty easy to find or do you have to go to an Asian market?

Those green beans look good also.

We bought the bulgogi at an Asian market. Here's a recipe that sounds pretty close.
